Ca de ’Vini is located in the centre of Olivola, a characteristic medieval village entirely made of tuff and the smallest municipality of the Basso Monferrato area. Now a UNESCO world heritage site, it is located in an extremely panoramic position, dominating the entire valley of the Rotaldo river. The building is completely independent even though it is in the centre of the village. Furnished with simplicity, it offers unforgettable moments. The small 360 ° panoramic terrace overlooking the building is the perfect refuge for those who love reading a book while sampling a glass of local wine. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and thermo-stove where you can eat outside while the children can have fun in the play area set aside for them. Indoors there is a fitness area completely reserved for our guests complete with infrared sauna and sports equipment. Our guests can have fun with the indoor games available to them such as table tennis and table football. The nearby restaurant is available to prepare dinners and deliver them directly to the house, so that you can enjoy a typical local meal in total comfort. It will also be possible to taste wines in the area thanks to the wine cellars or even take part in a real truffle hunt! The exterior of the house is characterised by a relaxation area where the swimming pool with chlorine purification is located.
The swimming pool is accessed via 3 steps. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun beds, chairs and deck chairs, ideal to enjoy sunny days. The swimming pool measures 4x7 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters. Imagine how nice it will be to have lunch outside, use the large barbecue ideal for summer barbecues all in the middle of a historic centre where history and food meet. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and thermo-stove where you can eat outside while the children can have fun in the play area set aside for them. Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00. Late arrivals are difficult to be organized and when it is possible to arrange them an extra fee will apply – this must be paid directly to the key holder upon arrival. Your arrival time is a fixed appointment with the key holder who is waiting at the home specifically for you. In case of any delay, please be sure to inform the key holder or our company in time to advice the key holder. Early arrivals are not possible; the staff is cleaning the home for your arrival – so check with us if you are able to have an early check in.
Departure within 10:00. We kindly ask you to leave the villa clean and drop the garbage away.
Rental prices include linen (changed weekly), initial cleaning, gas for cooking and hot water. Heating is charged extra according to usage or fix fee.
Tourist tax is not included in the rental rate.
Arrival time is generally between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).
The property will be cleaned throughout at the beginning of the rental period and must be left by the tenant in good hygienic conditions in all parts and accessories, throughout at the end of the rental period. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy.
It is the responsibility of the client to take care of the waste disposal (following the local regulation) or a fine between 100 Euro to 150 Euro will be applied at the check out.
According to the Italian national and regional laws most of the properties promote on our website, are self-catering (completely accessorized properties, provided with linen and towels, but not with cleaning or personal care products). Many are Private Structure which means that the owners rent the property as a private individual and not as a company or accommodation facility with special hotel license or similar and therefore he cannot supply any additional hotel services (change of linen, midweek cleaning ecc.) during the guest’s stay. Moreover, in the private structures, when no guest are in, often the owner lives there, thus the rental is to be considered occasionally and not continuing and above all not as a business form. Being private houses and for holiday purposes, they do not have standards or categories recognized at an international level, but do reflect in the architecture and in the furnishings the local traditions and the personal taste of the owner, therefore it is normal – as it is common in the house we usually live in – that there can be some small flaws.
