Biancofiore is a old house dated back to the 1800 and recently restored by the owners who made a very huge building work in order to maintain the original structure. This ancient home has been finely and elegantly restored with every modern comfort. The furniture and materials have been chosen with care making it a home of maximum comfort in complete harmony with the beautiful setting. They built the house in the respect of the nature, in fact there are solar and photovoltaic panels which contribute to produce the electricity and the heating of the house. The house has the under floor heating and cooler system.

The house is about 900 square meters, and it is immersed in 8 hectares of land, and there is the possibility to enjoy the view of some goats walking in the land. The owners in fact, produce goat cheese almost everyday. The house is enclosed in a private area of about 1000 square metres, where there is the outdoor area ideal for outdoor lunches and the swimming pool.

PLEASE NOTE: In a house close by, inside the property there is the owner’s house, where they live. The parking is in common with the owners. In an external area, outside from the property, not visible from the house, there are the owner’s dogs, very polite.

The external area of Biancofiore is totally fenced and covers an area of 8 hectares, but the area reserved for the rentals is about 1000 square meters mostly characterized by a garden with secular impressive trees. It is very well maintained garden and there are few private areas where guests can enjoy the quite area, read a book in the shade or simply relax. In front of the kitchen on the ground floor there is a fresh dining area, equipped with chairs and a table ideal for outdoor meals where it is possible to use a barbecue. The swimming pool of Biancofiore is located next to the house, The swimming pool distances about two meters from the house, with a circular form with infinitive shape, measuring 8x15 and has a depth of 1,50 mt. The entrance area of the swimming pool is equipped with an hydromassage area. The pool is purified with salt depuration and lined with blue PVC. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sunbeds and sun lounges to lie down under the shadow of the trees. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

ANGELA HARRIS (Great Britain)
Group 50th trip - 20 people

I spent an awful lot of time trying to find the right villa. I eventually settled on Villa Biancofiori for several reasons, namely the amount it accommodated and the location to Lucca. The villa was stunning and huge. The photo\\\'s really do not do it justice at all. The restoration has been done to a high standard. We were a party of 18 adults, 2 children and a dog and not once did we feel we were squeezed in and on top of each other. We all had our own space. The bedrooms were mostly enormous and the bathrooms all finished to a very high standard and again, very large. Many rooms had fridges in as well. I would only add that the double rooms were the smallest. The kitchen was kitted out for \\\'catering\\\'. There was enough crockery and cooking utensils to cook and feed 40 at least. There was nothing to want for at all. The dumb waiter was totally invaluable and the lift a great bonus for lugging the luggage to your rooms. The pool area was great, although for small children the depth could be an issue. The villa was totally secluded and secure so children and dog were safe to wander as they pleased. The location was also great - 15 minutes by car to the beautiful City of Lucca. The owners are close by but did not intrude at all. The cleaner came in 2 hours per day to do all the bedrooms and bathrooms. In 2 hours she done all of that. She really was great. If I could add anything negative it would only be that the double bedrooms are the smallest, but still of a decent size and maybe the triple bedroom rooms could be better used with twin beds and not doubles. I was also recommended Francesco - to cater for my party of 20 one night. He was fantastic, a lovely guy and his food was amazing. He goes the extra mile and I would thoroughly recommend him for catering for parties etc. My only other issue was the lack of reviews - there are only a few online and totally uninformative. When you are spending a lot of money as well as having the responsibility of booking for many people, reviews are paramount. I hope therefore, that this goes someway to give a good in depth view of Biancofiore. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed Lucca and the area

Whauw, that was the first reaction of our children. As soon as we arrived, the kids "tested" directly the pool. Also the arrival was really nice. The owner gave us several ingredients of the land (goat cheese / elderberry liqueur). The villa was really spacious and very nice equipped. We used several evenings with playing at the pool billiard. We also really loved Lucca. A very authentic village with some amazing restaurants. We also have walked a long way over the old city walls of Lucca. Also Elisa was super kind and helpful. She has given several tips on sightseeing and wine tasting. In one word a fantastic holiday. Top!

Perfect holiday in Tuscany

The villa was rented for the first time. The owner was really friendly and helpful. The equipment was very nice, but for renting also vulnerable. (white pillows - chairs in the living room). All comfort available in the inside as well in the outside. We loved the big pool. Nice location and easy access to the sea, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Maybe we will come back next year.
