INTERIORS:
On the ground floor you will find a spacious and well equipped kitchen, the sumptuous dining room with antique fireplace and characteristic reading room.
On the first floor the guests have 4 bedrooms, finely furnished respecting Tuscan style: the beds are made of wrought iron and the furniture is antique with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms (that can be double) all with private bathrooms.
In the characteristic tower, which has a separate entrance from the rest of the villa, there is a sofa with small table and comfortable shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom (can be twin by request) and a large terrace with splendid panoramic view of the valley.The five bedrooms are conditioned.
OUTDOORS:
Villa Torre del Cielo offers a large swimming pool for fresh and relaxing moments in the good season. Around the pool are sunbeds, brolleys and gazebo to enjoy the summer in total privacy while surrounded by the large garden. Here you can dine and enjoy the fresh outside table with brolley near the kitchen.
The garden is 2 hectares, cared for passionatly by the owners, with olives, peach trees and plum trees organically cultivated from which guests can personally pick the fruit. There are also roses, lavender and rosemary which are very colourful and fill the air with lovely scents which are difficult to forget.

Villa rental:
The villa rental starts on arrival day between 16:00 - 19:00 hr and ends on departure day before 10:00 hr. We kindly ask you to leave the villa tidy and to take out the garbage when you leave.
To be paid locally:
Security deposit: € 500
End of stay cleaning: € 150
Heating: if used to consumption
Air conditioning: € 0,80 per kWh
Tourism tax: if appliccable
The rental price includes:
- towels and bed linen
- use of gas, water and electricity
The security deposit will be returned to you after the check of possible damages, before the departure of the guests.
On arrival please hand over to the owner / house keeper the breakage deposit (cash Euro) and a copy of your
identification document (identity card or passport) for registration.
Directions to Torre del Cielo:
From Rome:
Take the A1 ROMA – FIRENZE autostrada in the direction of FIRENZE. Exit the A1 autostrade at ORTE and follow signs for TERNI and PERUGIA. Shortly before TERNI take the E45 superstrada (or 3 Bis) in the direction of PERUGIA, UMBERTIDE and CITTA DI CASTELLO. Exit the superstrada at CITTA DI CASTELLO (not Citta di Castello sud) and follow signs for AREZZO. Continue to Monterchi and when you arrive at the market square turn left. Cross the river and follow the road as it bends right. At the top of the short hill, go up and over. Stay on the road and continue out of the town. After 500m turn right (signed Ripoli). After 3 or 4 km turn left over a small bridge signposted RIPOLI. . You will cross over the river, continue for 50m then turn right up a steep hill. You will see the house on top of the tarmac road, to theright.
