Villa Fonte is an elegant and independent Villa with 400 square meters with seven rooms for up to 18 guests. It is located on the hill overlooking Trasimeno Lake, just on the border with Tuscany. The surrounding area of the villa is characterized by vineyards and olive trees owned. All providing a characteristic landscape, quiet and scenic. The villa is the result of careful renovations with the utmost attention to detail, preserving its original architectural features. 

INTERIORS:

On the ground floor is the main entrance and, on the left, separated by a stone arch is the living room with two sofas (one sofa bed), a fireplace, satellite TV and Wi-Fi which is also accessible in all areas and rooms. Front of the living room with a bow is the dining room and, on the left, separated by a door is the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 6 burner gas stove, electric oven, American fridge with freezer and ice machine, work island with refrigerator, American coffee maker, Italian coffee machine, microwave, toaster. On the right side of the main entrance of the house is the hallway where you enter the first three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom is on the left, is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi hotspot with a computer where you can surf the Internet. The room has a double bed that can also be split into two single beds, the bathroom is just outside the door. This has two sinks, hair dryer with shaver socket, wc, bidet, shower and chromotherapy shower heads, air conditioning and Hi-Fi.

The second bedroom is located immediately after the 1st on the same side of the hallway, this room, like the previous one, is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a double bed. The private bathroom has a toilet, bidet, chromotherapy shower with heads handheld showerheads, double sinks, hair dryer with shaver socket, air conditioning and Hi-Fi. The 3rd bedroom is at the end of the corridor, has a double bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom has a toilet, bidet, chromotherapy shower with heads handheld showerheads, double sinks, hair dryer with shaver socket, air conditioning and Hi-Fi.

First floor: On the first floor of Villa Fonte are four other bedrooms, one of which is much larger than the others, as it has a large arch that separates the beds and the fireplace from the Jacuzzi area where there is also a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower heads with a telephone, Hi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer with shaver socket. The exterior of Villa Fonte is characterized by a large garden that offers guests everything you need to enjoy a holiday of relaxation and fun outdoors. The swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters is well located near the porch with chairs the benches, barbecue and tables for the guests. Private parking at the villa.
