• These data are collected through a secure link managed by our property management system, VRBOOKINGS, which acts as the Data Processor on our behalf.


• The data are used exclusively to comply with the legal obligation to report guest information to the authorities.


• We do not use this data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to fulfill this legal requirement or to manage your booking (e.g., sharing with property owners or local agents).

Data Storage and Retention

• Your personal data are stored securely within the VRBOOKINGS system, which employs SSL encryption and other appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.


• These data are automatically deleted from our systems within 7 days after your check-out.


• However, please note that the data remain stored indefinitely within the systems of the Polizia di Stato, as required by law.
