For this reason, we are actively involved in professional associations that support the real estate and short-term rental sectors, promote best practices and maintain an ongoing dialogue with institutions at national and European level.
Tuscanhouses is associated with FIAIP – the Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents, the main trade association in the Italian real estate sector and a long-standing reference point for both professionals and Italian families.
With more than forty years of activity, FIAIP represents over 10,000 real estate agents, 500 credit consultants, more than 15,000 real estate agencies, and over 45,000 professionals operating across the real estate, tourism and property management sectors.
Elisa Della Santa, founder of Tuscanhouses, currently serves as Provincial Councillor for the FIAIP Pisa–Lucca Board, reflecting an active and direct involvement within the association and the local professional community.

Tuscanhouses is also associated with AIGAB – the Italian Association of Short-Term Rental Managers, which represents professionals operating in the short-term rental sector in Italy.
AIGAB promotes a sustainable and transparent development of short-term rentals, supports dialogue with public authorities and provides research, analysis and guidance on regulatory and market developments.
Property Managers italia
In addition, Tuscanhouses collaborates with Property Managers Italia, a non-profit association founded in 2016 that brings together companies and private entrepreneurs active in the property management sector.
The association promotes an innovative and structured approach to hospitality through the management of short- and long-term rental properties, offering its members operational, educational and legal support, while maintaining an active relationship with regulatory and governmental bodies.
Being part of these professional networks allows Tuscanhouses to remain constantly informed, to operate according to recognised standards and to provide reliable, up-to-date support to both property owners and guests.
