Villa De Fiori è una villa bifamiliare ma completamente indipendente, dotata di piscina privata, e può ospitare comodamente fino a 14 persone . Immersa nel verde cuore della Toscana, si trova a pochi passi da Pistoia — una cittadina affascinante che ha saputo preservare autenticità e tradizioni nel corso dei secoli. La vicinanza all’autostrada A11 rende la villa facilmente raggiungibile e un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare la regione.
Villa De Fiori è una vera oasi di tranquillità, avvolta da una rigogliosa vegetazione. Davanti alla villa si apre un bellissimo giardino ombreggiato da alti alberi, dove un’antica fontana in pietra, incorniciata da panche, rievoca il fascino e l’eleganza del passato.
Le origini della villa risalgono alla metà del Seicento. Documenti storici attestano che la proprietà appartenne alla famiglia Pacchiani, originaria di Livorno, che visse qui fino ai primi del Novecento. All’epoca, i terreni circostanti erano coltivati a vigneto e producevano un vino che per decenni fu riconosciuto come parte dell’area del Chianti Putto . Ricerche storiche rivelano inoltre che la tenuta un tempo era molto più estesa, arrivando fino alle antiche mura di Pistoia.
La tradizione locale tramanda anche un curioso aneddoto: agli inizi del Novecento, la famiglia Pacchiani teneva nel giardino una scimmia — un animale esotico molto in voga tra le famiglie benestanti dell’epoca. Si dice che la scimmia imitasse i domestici e che amasse particolarmente utilizzare la fontana per lavare gli oggetti luccicanti che “prendeva in prestito” in giro per la villa.

Villa De Fiori si sviluppa su due piani, collegati da un’elegante scala interna in pietra di 17 gradini , che valorizza il perfetto equilibrio tra fascino storico e comfort moderno.

Entrando nella villa, gli ospiti vengono accolti da un’ampia cucina completamente attrezzata. Adiacente, il luminoso soggiorno offre un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, con accesso diretto al giardino che crea un armonioso collegamento tra gli spazi interni ed esterni. Su questo livello si trova anche uno studio tranquillo, dotato di scrivania, ideale per leggere o lavorare in tranquillità . Due bagni di servizio, ciascuno con lavabo e wc, completano il piano terra.

A delimitare il giardino di Villa De Fiori si trova un cancello, l’antico ingresso principale della Villa, sul quale è presente una campana particolare che sembra essere stata identificata come la più antica di Pistoia. Oltrepassato il cancello si raggiunge l’area giochi, pensata per i nostri ospiti più piccoli, e la piscina, il punto di maggiore interesse durante l’estate.
Un gazebo ombreggiato, arredato con tavoli e sedie, è collocato sul prato adiacente per offrire agli ospiti la possibilità di trascorrere intere giornate a bordo piscina.

L’elettricità e il riscaldamento non sono inclusi nel prezzo di locazione. Sulla base delle stagioni precedenti, il costo dell’energia elettrica è generalmente variato da un minimo di €120 a un massimo di €220 a settimana, in base all’utilizzo.
La tassa di soggiorno, se prevista, non è inclusa nel prezzo di locazione e dovrà essere corrisposta in loco secondo le disposizioni comunali.
Deposito cauzionale, smaltimento rifiuti e controllo finale:
Al momento della partenza verrà effettuato un controllo dell’immobile per verificare che non manchino oggetti e che non vi siano danni o usura anomala (ad esempio finestre rotte, arredi danneggiati, biancheria bruciata). Gli ospiti sono tenuti a smaltire correttamente i rifiuti secondo le indicazioni fornite all’arrivo. Il mancato rispetto delle regole di raccolta differenziata potrà comportare una penale fino a €200, che verrà trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale. Il deposito verrà restituito in base all’esito del controllo finale.

A beautiful home, with everything needed for a great family holiday. Overall well maintained. Great communication and response to our requests, especially repairing the sun parasols. We found the house extremely clean, the pool was immaculate and well maintained, the gardens stunning. A perfect location to spend two weeks holiday, but also to visit the beautiful towns and city’s etc. lots of great space to relax both inside and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for us, our only negative was that the mattresses were very hard and we struggled to sleep. Would recommend mattress toppers added for comfort. We certainly enjoyed every minute and would recommend this house to others. Thank you so much for your communications and allowing us to arrive early. Much appreciated.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa ! Der Pool und der Außenbereich waren super schön ! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Gasgrill ist super !! Die Stadt Pistoia ist auch sehr schön, mit dem Auto ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

My family (11 of us; including 3 generations of family) enjoyed a month at this amazing home. Everything was perfect! So much space, so much history and nature in which to lose oneself, cooking classes at the villa, day trips around Tuscany and beyond, the lovely restaurant across the street - so much space for togetherness, and so much space to give us our own space. I cannot recommend this home enough to do it justice - just go! You will love every moment! The gardens, the pool, the vineyard, the olive grove, the playground, the amazing home!

This villa is amazing! Trust the posted photos and description as they are completely accurate. Elisa was attentive, prompt on any questions we had and very helpful with recommendations. Please set aside a time for a visit from her, we had a great time chatting and listening to her knowledge of the surroundings and the history of the villa. Tuscany at it's finest!

We were very happy with our stay at Elisa’s place, we had a toddler with us and they loved every minute of it. Pistoia is worth driving into town for dinner, we did so three of the nights, but it’s also very easy to make a meal at the house, we grilled twice and loved it. Our electricity came to about 122€ and we stayed for a week. Would definitely recommend it for large groups!

We had a great week. We were there with the whole family, including three toddlers. The villa is exactly as in the photos. The pool is brilliant. The location is perfect for small trips. Beautiful and recommendable. It is recommended to have good mosquito spray. There are "mosquito plugs" in the house for all rooms. The mattresses are older, but we all slept great. We would come back anytime. Highly recommend the villa. Ps: the additional electricity costs amounted to about Euro 220.- for us.

Beautiful outdoor space, friendly staff and a lovely spacious home. We had Morgana prepare dinners for us three times and the meals were all superb. Great location with many fun day trips. Easy to find with train station nearby.

Spent a week at this beautiful house with my family (including small children). The house has everything you need! It is truly a house out of a movie. The pool and outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing and for the kids. The town of Pistoia has so many great restaurants and shops. The house was clean, and the hosts were very friendly. The hosts gave us a House Book that included everything you need to know about the house, including grocery store, restaurant, and pizzeria recommendations. Elisa is very prepared for you to stay at their beautiful house! I couldn't recommend this house and area more!

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The Villa exceeded our expectations and it easily fit our 11 family members. The outside space was gorgeous and we used the large pool every day. Hiring a chef for one of the evenings was a definite highlight. Would highly recommend staying here. Elisa was very responsive and was able to handle all of our questions with ease.

We had 13 family members stay at Villa de fiori in Pistoia. What an amazing place. Lots of room for everyone. The grounds are incredible. Just beautiful! I would recommend renting a car but not required. Just takes a bit of translation to communicate with the taxi operator. I would highly recommend this house.

A very memorable experience! The villa is exactly as shown in the photos - charming, clean, and well appointed. We didn’t know this before we got to the villa, but the olive grove is private, which made for a lovely spot for evening strolls and for photography! We booked ground transportation, a wine tour, and a private in-house chef during our stay. All the vendors were wonderful. All came on-time, knew the property well, and provided great service. Pistoia is a very cute town with good amenities (pharmacies, small shops, bakeries, and supermarkets). There is an incredible local restaurant, literally a block and a half away from the villa, serving authentic Tuscan meals. Everyone there was Italian. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for the perfect holiday, look no further! The villa is beautiful, spacious and has a gorgeous view. The service provided by Elisa and her team was more than we could have expected and only made the experience better. Communication was made very easy and accessible.
