CASA TANIA Immersed in olive trees just a few kilometres from the attractive town of Camaiore and 10 kilometres far from the beaches of Versilia, there is Casa Tania, recently renovated by the owners. Ideal for a small group of families, thanks to its intimate position, the house offers a great view on the entire hill of Camaiore. Its position guarantees a relaxing holiday but at the same time permits one to visit numerous towns such as Carrara (the city of marble), Pietrasanta, the Cinque Terre, Forte dei Marmi, Montecarlo, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano, all within easy reach.
Interiors
The villa is set on two levels characterized by few steps around, which give a kind of movement to the house itself.

Ground Floor
The main entrance is on the ground floor with the dining area and kitchen, two double rooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room a staircase leads to the floor below that opens to the outside directly on to the pool area.

First Floor
On this floor, besides the living room, there is a bedroom with no window and a single bed, and a windowless bathroom with shower. The interior has been tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and brightly coloured fittings which provide freshness and light.

Outdoor

The property covers about 3000 sqm of hilly land with terraces cultivated with olive trees. Outside the dining area is a covered terrace with table and chairs to allow guests to dine in the open air.

Swimming Pool

Just a few steps away from the house, in front of the lower level, is the irregularly shaped swimming pool, fitting harmoniously into the landscape. The pool measures 5 x 8 m with a maximum depth of 1,20 m. The depuration of the water is by active ions. The solarium area around the pool is in stone and lawn and is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs, and umbrellas.
