Welcome to Casa Al Vento, a charming countryside home set in a naturally breezy position overlooking the beautiful valley of Valdinievole. True to its name, the house benefits from a constant gentle wind that helps keep the environment pleasantly cool even during the warmest summer days.
Surrounded by woodland and tall trees, the property is immersed in a peaceful and authentic natural setting. The atmosphere is simple and genuine, where the sounds of nature and the presence of nearby grazing donkeys contribute to the rural charm of the area.
In front of the house, a large panoramic terrace opens onto beautiful views of the valley below, offering a wonderful setting for relaxing outdoors at any time of the day. Terms & Conditions
The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period. Tenants are responsible for maintaining good hygienic conditions throughout the property and its accessories during their stay and for leaving the property in order at the end of the rental period.
Included services:
Rental prices include one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking and hot water.
Utilities & Extra Charges:
Electricity is included in the rental price. The heating is charged based on consumption and generally it is necessary from October to April.
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, an inspection of the property will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that there is no abnormal wear and tear on the property (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly, in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Depending on the outcome of the inspection, the security deposit will be refunded.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-fired oven and barbecue, where present, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Late check-in is possible. An additional fee of €50 applies for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, while arrivals after 10:00 pm are subject to a fee of €100. All late arrivals must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Wir waren im Herbst für zwei Wochen mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kinder in diesem Haus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen freistehenden Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus, der Pool und die gesamte Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft. Die ruhige Lage bietet ideale Voraussetzungen, um sich zu entspannen und die Natur zu geniessen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen.
Leider gab es auch ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte. Die Sauberkeit war nicht in allen Bereichen optimal und einige Möbel im Aussenbereich waren beschädigt oder nicht mehr richtig nutzbar. Uns wurde aber mitgeteilt, dass das Haus erst seit kurzem einen neuen Eigentümer hat und sich dieser um die Instandstellung kümmern wird.
Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und eine schöne, erholsame Zeit verbracht. Insgesamt ist es ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung in einer traumhaften Umgebung suchen.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
We stayed with our family in this beautiful house in a dream location for almost two weeks at the beginning of September, and we felt completely at home. It was very hard to leave, and we still often think back on the perfect time we spent there.
Getting there from the airport was straightforward with a car we had booked in advance. We were welcomed at the house on time and very warmly, and everything about the property was explained to us in detail. The house offers every comfort you could wish for and is tastefully furnished. We cooked for six people almost every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Whether we were exploring the surrounding area or spending a day by the beautiful, well-maintained pool, our time there was truly wonderful. I would book the house again without hesitation. Even with six of us, everyone could find a quiet space of their own thanks to the layout of the house.
On a day of heavy rain, we even received a severe weather warning via WhatsApp. Whenever we had a question, someone was always available. We would happily book the house again and can only recommend it. We had a wonderful time—thank you for the beautiful property and excellent service.
One tiny criticism: the terrace furniture could be a little more comfortable, but that is really a minor detail. Five stars and warm regards!

Wir haben Anfang September fast zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus in traumhafter Lage mit der Familie gewohnt und haben uns überaus wohlgefühlt. Die Abreise fiel uns sehr schwer und wir denken immer noch oft an die perfekte Zeit zurück. Die Anreise vom Flughafen war unkompliziert mit einem vorher gebuchten Auto und wir wurden vor Ort im Haus pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen und in allen Details des Hauses unterwiesen. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben fast täglich für 6 Personen gekocht und es fehlte in der Küche an nichts. Ob Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder ein Tag am sehr schönen gepflegten Pool: Die Zeit war wirklich wunderbar und ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch für sechs Personen war für jeden ein Rückzug möglich, da der Schnitt des Hauses das ermöglicht.
Wir bekamen an einem heftigen Regentag sogar eine Unwetterwarnung per WhatsApp und auch sonst war immer jemand erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit, vielen Dank für Örtlichkeit und Service. Winzige Kritik: Die Terrassenmöbel könnten etwas bequemer sein, aber das ist "Meckern auf hohem Niveau". 5 Sterne und herzliche Grüße!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

The swimming pool was beautiful, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and the house was very spacious—even more beautiful than in the photos.
The air made all the difference.
The hosts were always available and extremely responsive.

The property and especially the location are really beautiful and correspond exactly to the pictures. We were very warmly received and felt immediately welcome. We were particularly pleased with the small welcome gift, a really lovely touch. Check-out was also completely uncomplicated and very warm.
The only point we would like to make concerns the condition of the furnishings. Unfortunately, the bed was quite rickety, and the dresser was hardly usable because the drawers were difficult to open and close. For the price range, we would have liked a slightly better condition of the interior furnishings and more care with the cleanliness overall.
Overall, however, we had a nice stay and were able to enjoy our vacation very much thanks to the great location.

Beautiful and very private location, great views down to Pistoia valley. New private pool, house is very spacious holiday home. Great greenery, lots of trees on spacious plot like olive trees, cherry trees, list is endless. Fantastic location on top of hill not far from Florence and Pisa, air-conditioning not needed. Often a bit windy. Be prepared for driving on small mountain roads and for wildlife, like rabbits and foxes. Local village restaurants and supermarket only 5 min drive away, nearest city restaurants and Conad superstore about 30min drive. A lot of options for either private stay or going out daily. We went to Pisa and many Florence museums for few days, and some days decided just to relax at pool. This was the best AirBnB experience we have had so far.
