Terms & Conditions
Included services:
The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking and hot water.
Utilities & Extra Charges:
Electricity and heating are not included in the rental price. Based on previous seasons, electricity costs generally ranged from a minimum of €20 to a maximum of €80 per week, depending on usage.
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection of the property will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the inspection.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-fired oven and barbecue, where present, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.

The house is very beautiful, the garden very large and the pool great with the sun we had. The view is just splendid, we spent two very relaxing weeks and Elisa was very responsive and very nice suggestions were made to help us in terms of walks, activities and restaurants.

Elisa was such a great host. Super friendly and helpful. The tips for the area helped us a lot and we discovered some great restaurants. When support was needed, Elisa was even available on the weekend and replied really fast. The house itself was awesome. It lies beautifully in an olive grove in a very quiet area. From the garden, there is a wonderful view. You can enjoy the sun from the various sunbeds and chairs that are spread across the garden. Or refresh yourself in the very clean pool. We enjoyed nearly all our meals on the beautiful terrace. In general, everything was nice and clean as described. The rooms were spacious. Internet was reliable for streaming music and tv. It takes about a 10 minutes drive to get to Lucca, where you can find various supermarkets, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The place is also a good starting point for trips to Pisa, Florence or other places like Forte Dei Marmi. We really enjoyed our vacation with Tuscan Houses! ☀️

Fantastisch! Als je het huis eenmaal hebt gevonden (de instructies van de verhuurder zijn goed!) via de smalle weggetjes, val je van de ene verbazing in de andere: Het huis is prachtig, ruim, mooi afgewerkt en brandschoon! Een droomhuis! De slaapkamers zijn heel ruim en de bedden slapen heerlijk. De tuin is ook mooi en rustig! Het huis staat in een mooie omgeving. De host staat voor je klaar wanneer je haar nodig hebt en geeft goede tips en adviezen voor een optimaal verblijf, ze was echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uiteraard Lucca, Pisa, etc. maar ook een dagje strand is niet ver rijden. Winkels zijn met de auto binnen een paar minuten te bereiken. We hebben een heerlijke week in Toscane gehad!

Vi hade en underbar semester i detta boende. Det enda som kan vara bra att veta är att det är väldigt smal väg upp till huset. Vi lyckades köra upp med vår niositsiga van, så det är möjligt, men kan vara bra att veta om man är en ovan förare. Boendet, poolen och rummen var toppen och väldigt fräscha! Privat, avskilt boende omgivet av natur. Värden svarade alltid snabbt på våra frågor och var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevlig.

We had a wonderful vacation in this accommodation. The only thing to know is that it is a very narrow road up to the house. We managed to drive up with our nine-seater van, so it is possible, but it may be good to know if you are an unusual driver. The accommodation, pool and rooms were great and very fresh! Private, secluded home surrounded by nature. The host always responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating and pleasant.
