Panorama by Tuscanhouses

PANORAMA is splendid restored barn called Panorama was in the origin a little “metato” used by the local farmers as storage and then as stable. The house has been renovated and enlarged by the actual owners and has a breath-taking view on the Lucca area and the Valdinievole. The house is built in stone from the outdoors, and inside reflects the typical Tuscan house with the ceilings of small beams and tiles in “terra cotto” and the staircase in stone. Casa Panorama measures about 140 square metres and internally is set up on two floors. Panorama is set on one of the most famous hills of the Lucca area, both for the quality of the air as for the views. The swimming pool is set on a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy an unforgettable view. Please note that Panorama distances only 500 metres from Altavista and can be an ideal solution for two families.

Interiors
The house is set on two floors. Through an internal stone staircase of 16 steps

Ground Floor
The ground floor opens on a living area with sofas (of which one is a sofa bed) and TV, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen.

First Floor
there is the access to sleeping area which is made of three bedrooms of which two are doubles and one is single (with the possibility of an extra single bed) all with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Outdoor

The garden of Panorama covers a surface of 3000 square metres, most of them as lawn enriched by flowers and ornamental plants. From the kitchen there is the access veranda equipped with a large table ideal for outdoors meals. It is possible to use the barbecue. The impressive views that people can enjoy from the garden are infinitive.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is reachable through 49 steps and has a rectangular shape with salted depuration and measures about 11 x 4,5 meters with a fixed depth of 1.40 cm. The entrance in pool is facilitated by a Roman stair of 6 steps. There is also a children pool which measures 3 x 3 metres with a fixed depth of 45 cm It has salt depuration.
