The closest paid parking is Parcheggio Cittadella, just 450 meters from the flat. The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking, hot water, electricity, and heating.
Utilities & Charges:
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no damage or abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the final inspection.

Large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment within the walls of Lucca. It is bright and clean. The host is very helpful, and it was great to see the rquested crib and highchair waiting for us on arrival. Overall excellence!

My family has stayed in all three of the larger apartments at La Residenza Degli Artisti. Each time we stay here, we are more than satisfied with our visit. The apartments are always clean and well maintained, and have sufficient supplies in the kitchen. They are spacious and comfortable, and allow us to feel like we are at home during our trips to Lucca. We will continue to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location within the walls.

The flat was wonderful in lovely colours and nice furniture, best equiped and in excellent state. The ares is perfect, calm in Lucca's historical center walking distance from everywhere. We stayed 5-6 nights and loved them all.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
