The closest paid parking is Parcheggio Cittadella, just 450 meters from the flat. Alternatively, outside the city walls you will find the large Parcheggio Palatucci , about 650 meters away, which usually offers more availability.

Utilities & Charges:
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no damage or abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the final inspection.

Great location Good communication with the host Bed had a great pit The couch has also had its best time And the curtains at kitchen cabinets and linen cabinets were also very sparse But really in the city center, which was great The hassle with the waste is also a thing.

The organisation is perfect. The documentation of over 30 pages covers everything one needs to know to feel comfortable including an interseting article about Lucca, its history, its sites, the typical dishes etc. Worth reading! When something small didn't work, there was immediate support. Really nice.
The house and the apartment is in perfect order. Extremely clean. The kirchen and the bathrooms are equipped with everything. Bed rooms are spacious and the matresses are very comfortable for anyone.
The location within the city walls is great, close to shops etc. Nice to be able to have a night cap within walking distance at midnight. The parking is rather close by foot and 8€/day.
The living room and kitchen are one room as shown in the pics and the living room is very small. IT basicall consists of the couch itself. Both the A/C and the fridge struggled with the 38° heat. The next apartment we had somewhere else was much better in these aspects.

Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die man unbedingt besuchen muss. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung: Sie ist sauber und überraschend geräumig. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren allerdings die Matratzen, die bereits einige Besuche hinter sich zu haben scheinen.

A lovely, quiet flat, close to the sights and restaurants.
It's a short walk from the large, cheap parking area outside the walls. The bedrooms were large, and it has 2 big bathrooms. Loved the high ceilings and woodwork. Highly recommended!
