Terms & Conditions
Rental prices include linen, initial cleaning, electricity as well as gas for cooking and hot water.
Heating, whenever necessary, is not included in the rental.
An inspection of the premises will be conducted upon departure to ensure that no items are missing and that there is no abnormal wear and tear on the property caused by the renter (e.g., broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen, etc.). Depending on the assessment, the security deposit will be refunded.
For safety reasons, where the wood oven and the barbecue are present it must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in compliance with local environmental regulations.
Tourist tax is not included in the rental rate.

Pool open from 1 May to 1 October

The contact with Elisa was super, we were in Lucca earlier and could check in earlier and also store our racing bikes with her earlier. Very nice! Also the instructions and the contact before and during the stay was super! The house and the pool are very nice, the garden is much larger than the photos suggest! We highly recommend the house, there is plenty of space, it is clean and in a super location near Villa Reale and downtown Lucca.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Alberto war wirklich super. Die Gastgeberin Elisa war sehr freundlich und sowohl bei Check-in, als auch bei Check-Out pünktlich. Die Anlage rund um das Haus ist wunderbar. Das Highlight war der große Pool mit den Liegestühlen rund herum, wo man in der Sonne oder im Schatten entspannen kann. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr groß, mit reichlich Platz, Sport zu treiben. Beim Haus selbst hat auch alles gepasst. Es war sauber und alles ordentlich. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Our stay at Villa Alberto was truly wonderful. The host, Elisa, was very kind and punctual both at check-in and check-out. The grounds around the house are beautiful. The highlight was the large pool with sun loungers all around, perfect for relaxing in the sun or in the shade. The garden is really spacious, offering plenty of room for sports and activities. The house itself was also perfect – clean and well kept. We can only recommend it!
