Rental prices include linen, initial cleaning, and gas for cooking and hot water.
Electricity and heating, whenever necessary, are not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption.
Upon departure, an inspection of the property will be carried out to verify that no items are missing, that there is no abnormal wear and tear caused by the guests (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen, etc.), that waste has been disposed of correctly according to the instructions provided upon arrival, and that no fines have been issued due to improper waste disposal. Depending on the assessment, the security deposit will be refunded.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-fired oven and barbecue, where present, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Tourist tax is not included in the rental rate.

After a little glitch at check In, our stay was great. Would have liked to know that there was construction next door in advance. Location very central and perfect for walking. Grocery store was within steps. Kitchen well equipped and living room very comfortable. Terrific heating as March can be cold, and wonderful hot water. Beds and linens terrific.

This place is amazing. It has everything we needed, tons of space, very secure, we got great recommendations for a private transfer and in-home cooking classes. Very close to everything, restaurants, cafes, amphitheatre, next to grocery store. The only negative was that the oven wasn’t working while we were there but we didn’t end up needing it. This place is worth every penny and more. There isn’t not enough space to list every thing that is great about it. Definitely recommend and would return again.

The location was terrific—near the center of town with the added bonus of a grocery store next door. The apartment itself was as described and met all our needs. Elisa was very helpful and responsive. The house guide had lots of good and helpful local information. We really enjoyed our week in this lovely location.

We spent a great 6 nights at Elisa's beautiful apartment in lovely Lucca. There was only the 3 of us, but there is easily enough space for 6 people (with 3 separate bathrooms) without encroaching on each other. The kitchen is beautiful, but unfortunately wasn't used due to there being an abundance of extremely tasty restaurants in the very local area. There is a supermarket opposite however if anything needs to be bought. Eliza was great and allowed us an early check in, however be aware that with bags it is about a half an hour walk from the Train Station. But Elisa was great and told us all about the local area during our check in. Thankyou, and we will definitely look to book if we are in the Lucca area again.

The entire situation is completely out of our expectations, it’s fabulous. Super cool and fancy modern decoration, spacious rooms and living space. Wonderful location, Corad is just right downstairs and very easy to commute to everywhere. Highly recommended.

This is a large and beautifully put together apartment in a historic block close to the centre of wonderful Lucca. We had a marvellous stay. The apartment is delightful with an expensive kitchen, magnificent fridge/freezer, good sized bedrooms, wonderful shower rooms and a lovely communal living area. Elisa and her team were helpful and keen to assist us throughout. We only have one complaint. The apartment needs air conditioning. It was hot. There were fans in each bedroom but they weren't enough. Apparently there's a problem with having full air con fitted but the place needs some individual units in strategic places. It was 36/38 degrees C outside and, on occasions, not much less inside.
