A short walk from the house lies the beautiful swimming pool, shared with the owner, whose use is generally discreet and occasional. Surrounded by greenery and olive trees, the pool area has been designed as a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.
The pool is complemented by an elegant covered lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, an outdoor dining space and a barbecue, creating the perfect setting for spending long summer days outdoors. Whether you wish to cool off with a refreshing swim, read a book in the shade or simply enjoy the sounds of nature, this area offers a truly relaxing experience.
The swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 metres, and is equipped with a saltwater filtration system for a more natural and pleasant swimming experience. For added safety, the pool can be covered and closed at night using its protective cover.
Upon request, the pool can also be heated during the month of September. Please note that the water temperature will naturally depend on the prevailing weather conditions and outdoor temperatures, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

The property offers private parking about 2 cars. Access is via a narrow country road which is partly unpaved and may not be suitable for very low vehicles. Guests are rewarded with a peaceful and secluded setting immersed in nature.
