The property spans over 20 hectares , the majority of which is cultivated with vineyards, olive groves, and woods. The area surrounding the villa covers approximately 1000 m² and features a beautifully maintained garden with lush green lawns and fruit trees. In the garden, guests can relax under the shade of a majestic oak tree, where a table and chairs are set up for dining while enjoying the stunning view.
The fenced pool, located in a panoramic position about 30 meters from the villa, measures 6 x 12 meters and has a variable depth ranging from 1.50 m to 3.00 m. Just a few steps from the pool, a an iron gazebo provides a shaded area with a table and chairs. Guests also have access to sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. A ping pong table and a foosball are present for the kids and grown up entertainment!

Parking

Parking suitable for up to 4-5 cars. You can drive along a 4.9 km uphill road with curves. The last 300 meters are a gravel road, but it is in good condition.
