The closest paid parking is Parcheggio Cittadella, just 450 meters from the flat. Alternatively, outside the city walls you will find the large Parcheggio Palatucci , about 650 meters away, which usually offers more availability.

The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking, hot water, electricity, and heating.
Utilities & Charges:
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no damage or abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the final inspection.

Spacious and clean apartment in a very convenient location. Both check-in and out was effortless. We had a great 1-week stay and I think Elisa's apartment makes a great home while discovering Lucca.

A lovely large apartment in the old city centre (it’s pedestrianised so need to walk bags in from one of the car parks). Once you are in, there is no need for car, everything is within 10min walk. Beds were comfortable, the bedrooms are light and airy with desks and 16ft ceilings. Excellent air conditioning which was great with the hot weather. Only downside is the kitchenette is very basic, with little bench space and only a toaster oven and gas cook top. No dishwasher contrary to the listing, but other than that small detail, the place is a great base to explore Lucca, would stay there again (and have an excuse to eat out)

The place was fresh, well decorated, clean and spacious. Amenities were also perfect for a family. Only comment would be on the registration process which needed us to register on a separate platform which wasn’t straight forward and was too much admin. But I would definitely stay again :)

Very charming and very clean! Ideal location and perfect for families - the two twin beds are great! Having two bathrooms and laundry was wonderful! Has the basics — everything you need and no clutter so it’s perfect for children. Building is very quiet, and feels very secure. Check in and check out was simple.

We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely apartment as a family of four (my wife and our two kids). It was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal for exploring Lucca, with everything we needed just a short walk away. Parking was available about a 5-minute walk from the apartment and cost €13 per 24 hours, which was convenient. If we return to Lucca, we’d be happy to stay here again.
