Ambra is a cozy attic apartment located on the third and top floor of the Residenza degli Artisti, a building recently renovated and furnished with taste under the supervision of a renowned Italian designer. Guests will immediately appreciate the bright and refined atmosphere, enhanced by the charming white wooden beam ceilings.
The building is equipped with an elevator up to the second floor; to reach Ambra, guests will need to walk up a short flight of stairs.

The closest paid parking is Parcheggio Cittadella, just 450 meters from the flat. Alternatively, outside the city walls you will find the large Parcheggio Palatucci , about 650 meters away, which usually offers more availability.

The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking, hot water, electricity, and heating.
Utilities & Charges:
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no damage or abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the final inspection.

Everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come back. The only thing I would say is that WiFi is not great for calls / remote working so I had to hotspot from my phone a lot. But other than that this place is beautiful, clean and centric. I was very relaxed!

Apartment in the heart of Lucca, perfect for spending a weekend in this delightful city. We appreciated the spaciousness of the bedroom and the view over the rooftops, a little less that the kitchen (very minimal) was not equipped with the essential oil & salt. For the rest, we had a very good time!

Great spot to start some day trips in Lucca. It's clean and equipped with everything you need for a few days. Communication and instructions were very clear and helpful. You can't really reach it by car, but therefore you get very close to the cities centre and the great ancient wall.

We booked for 3 nights and only attic available. Maybe not our first choice, but everything was great for city apartment. If I do have give one criticism: Only the shower could have been a bit better. It took very long before water got right temperature. The apartment is really quiet and conveniently located within city walls. Elisa has been very responsive and good host.
