Villa Dafne is an independent villa with private swimming pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in 5 comfortable suites and a single bedroom. From the Villa, in a very short time, it will be possible to reach the Versilian beaches and famous shops in Forte dei Marmi, or the Renaissance walls of Lucca. The villa, is an elegant and charming residence where the simple spaces of a country house have been transformed into harmonious settings and the alchemy between poor and rich materials made the perfect house for a relaxing, comfortable holiday in the Lucca countryside.
All the bedrooms have their own bathroom, there is an equipped and modern kitchen, air conditioning is present in all the bedrooms, a space where you can work if you need, a private gym, outdoor pool and wi-fi enrich the property.

Interiors
VILLA DAFNE is spread over three floors, two of which are above ground

Ground Floor
A large entrance area with fireplace that opens onto the dining area with more dining tables, a practical office ideal for smart working, a kitchen with pantry, as well as a reading room with library, a TV room and utility rooms. A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor.

First Floor
The night floor is composed by five bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower (three bathrooms don’t have a window), and they are made of three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms of which two are joinable.

Basement
In the lower level reachable from an internal staircase from the main floor, there are a TV SMART room, a small reading room with access to the externals, a soft gym ideal for sportive people. The first floor and the lower floor are equipped with independent underfloor cooling system and heating, and WI-FI connection.
