The house has two units, one in front of the other, precious for whom wants to spend time in the nature.
The MAIN unit: The main entrance is made up of a welcoming sitting room with a fireplace, a smart tv and a large open kitchen with dining room.
Through a staircase there are two king size double bedroom with bathroom en suite, in marble.
The Annex: in front of the main structure there is the annex spreads on two levels. On the ground floor a very large double king size bedroom with bathroom ensuite welcome you, and on the first floor there is another double king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Outdoor

There is a luxury, heatable, private, infinity pool 14 x 4 mt, shallow water beach, 4 m x 4 m with ladder steps. There are sun loungers, tables and parasols available around the pool. Garden is completely fenced, there are spaces suitable for having meals. A sitting room with large chairs with a barbeque and a mini fridge will wait for having some relax, surely under the pergola, there is the possibility to have a very good glass of wine, form the cellar of the owner.
