The rental fee includes bed linen, initial cleaning, and gas for cooking and hot water.
At the end of the stay, an inspection of the property will be carried out to check for any missing items, damages, or unusual wear attributable to the guests (such as broken glass, damaged furniture, stained or burnt linens, etc.), as well as the correct disposal of waste according to the instructions provided inside the apartment. In case of irregularities or fines due to incorrect waste disposal, amounts may be deducted from the security deposit, which will be refunded based on the outcome of the final inspection.
Check-in is carried out through a self check-in procedure. Late check-in is possible and entails an extra charge of €50 after 8:00 PM and €100 after 10:00 PM. Any arrival outside the standard hours must be arranged in advance.
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.

We loved this location. Far enough from the main areas that it was totally quiet and we could open the windows in the morning to hear birds chirping, but close enough that we could easily walk to amazing sights and food. Some of the best food we’ve eaten was in Lucca! We will be back.

A beautiful appartement in the centre of Lucca. Everything you need is there. Good beds, great shower and nice and cool because the airconditioning works perfect. The only thing missing was an extra keypas.

Excellent communication from the host who we had to contact on the day due to some issues with our booking and she could not have been more friendly and accomodating to get us sorted. We stayed one week. As well as exploring Lucca, we used it as a base for visiting Florence, Pisa, Montecatini and Viareggio. Good rail connections for all the popular sites.
Very clean and well equipped apartment.
Very spacious - large lounge with kitchen off, separate bedroom with walk-in clothes storage, good shower.
Nice coffee shop (Cafe Antico) 20 metres from door - good for breakfast coffee and pastries (pasti dolce!).

Great place in a wonderful part of Lucca. The apartment was well equipped for our family with a surprising amount of space. It was very cool and spacious. Probably just right in temperature for the time of year. We did get a little chilly in the evening, but were cosy enough with all the blankets etc. I would imagine it would be lovely and cool in the peak of summer - an ideal place to stay.
