Swimming Pool
The swimming pool, which is SHARED with the guests, is fenced for safety. It measures 10x4 meters and has a fixed depth of 1.40 meters. The pool has a bean shape and is maintained using chlorine for purification. Access to the pool is provided through a staircase.

The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking, hot water, electricity and heating.
Utilities & Charges:
All utilities are included in the rental price.
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection of the property will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the inspection.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-fired oven and barbecue, where present, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful and well-equipped. The pool is also sufficient if you swim alone. The location and views are wonderful. Really nice to relax. The communication was also smooth and quick. But what should be more clearly described is how extremely steep and especially narrow the last 2 km to the house are! You can't get through there with a bigger and wider car!

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, eine perfekte Mischung aus minimalistisch und super ausgestattet! In der Küche kann man sehr gut kochen, der Kühlschrank ist groß genug, es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer und einen Wäscheständer im Garten vor dem Haus. Betten sind bequem! Fast alle Fenster haben ein Fliegengitter, was wichtig ist, weil es ziemlich viele Moskitos gibt. Vor allem abends wird man draußen zerstochen. Es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit draußen zu Essen, an einem kleinen Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Der Sonnenschirm ist riesig, das fanden wir sehr cool! Der Pool ist nicht zu groß, aber ausreichend. Wenn viele Gäste am Pool sind, hat man keinen Platz mehr, aber da muss man sich halt arrangieren. Verbesserungsbedarf: - ein Mülleimer im Badezimmer - ein Moskitonetz an der Schlafzimmertür, damit man auch dort Nachts lüften kann - die Parkmöglichkeiten sind eng und begrenzt 4 Sterne! Punktabzug: der Weg zur Unterkunft ist sehr steil und super schwer zu bewältigen!!!

The apartment was very well equipped, a perfect mix of minimalism and excellent amenities!
You can cook very well in the kitchen, the fridge is large enough, there is a washing machine in the bathroom and a drying rack in the garden in front of the house. The beds are comfortable! Almost all the windows have mosquito screens, which is important because there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. Especially in the evenings, you get bitten a lot when sitting outside.
There is also the option to eat outside at a small table with 4 chairs. The sun umbrella is huge, which we thought was really cool!
The pool is not very big, but sufficient. When there are many guests at the pool, there’s no space left, but you just have to work around it.
Things that could be improved:
a trash bin in the bathroom
a mosquito net on the bedroom door, so you can ventilate at night
parking spaces are tight and limited
4 stars! Point deducted: the road to the accommodation is very steep and extremely hard to manage!!!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
Schöne Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht (aber erschwerter Anfahrt,, besonders nach Regen) . Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super, allerdings fehlen bei voller Belegung intakte Sonnenstühle/-Liegen. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten: Städte, Kultur, Wandern, Strände..... empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Elisa. La piscine a été un gros plus! L’appartement était équipé de l’essentiel. Il manquait simplement un rideau occultant ou volet dans la chambre parentale. Il manque aussi des prises pour brancher facilement l’électroménager (micro-ondes, cafetière …). Pour le reste c’est parfait! L’appartement est décoré avec goût!

Wonderful newly renovated apartment in a very nice area of Tuscany. Be aware that the driveway to the parking space for the apartment is narrow, but manageable for a normal sized car!

Sehr schöne Anlage, aber mit einem großen Auto nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen. Der Pool war bei der Hitze eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Zimmer waren penibel sauber und die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Großer Pluspunkt war Isabella vor Ort. Sie war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer. Grazie mille.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en schoon. Het uitzicht is geweldig! De weg ernaartoe is stijl en smal maar dat is het meer dan waard. De hosts zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen graag terug naar deze fantastische plek!
