Casa Dei Gigli di Dante is a property completely renovated in 2025, set among the picturesque hills of Vicopisano, in the province of Pisa, and surrounded by hundreds of olive trees. Located just a short distance from the historic village of Vicopisano — renowned for its tower designed by Brunelleschi and its medieval walls — it offers a peaceful retreat with a beautiful garden, meticulously maintained and arranged over typical Tuscan terraced levels that clearly define the various outdoor areas.
Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring Tuscany, with easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, the coast, the Carrara marble quarries, and the scenic Cinque Terre. Situated just a short walk from Casa di Dante and Casa Degli Olivi di Dante, it can be rented together with the latter to accommodate up to 10–12 guests.

One of the highlights of the property is the private swimming pool, strategically positioned to ensure peace and privacy. Set on an elevated terrace, the pool is enclosed within the garden. It has a rectangular shape measuring 5 x 12 metres, with a constant depth of 1.40 metres. The pool is lined with blue PVC and is maintained using a chlorination system.
The pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, making it ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A convenient outdoor shower is also available. The pool can be reached either via an uphill path from the veranda or by climbing 22 stone steps.

Terms & Conditions
The property is delivered clean at the beginning of the rental period. Guests are responsible for maintaining good hygienic conditions throughout the property and its facilities during their stay and for leaving the property tidy at the end of the rental period.
Included services:
The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking, hot water, electricity and heating.
Utilities & Charges:
All utilities are included in the rental price.
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection of the property will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the inspection.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-fired oven and barbecue, where present, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Late check-in is possible.
An additional fee of €50 applies for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, while arrivals after 10:00 pm are subject to a fee of €100. All late arrivals must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Clean and uncluttered house with great pool in a well presented garden. Lots of amenities in a short drive and only 10 minutes from the main Pisa to Florence autostrada. A very comfortable stay with great hosts.

Elisa is a great host: friendly, responsive, proactive. The whole property is simply amazing. Everything is super clean and looks just like the pictures. The pool is actually bigger than we expected and our kids loved to play in it. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back!
