The villa is located on a hill surrounded by olive groves and from the entrance you can see the Val di Chiana valley. The area is made famous thanks to the cultivation of olive trees, and the production of extra virgin olive oil. Its super strategic position allows you to visit the small and famous villages of Tuscany, such as Montepulciano, Siena, Arezzo, Monte San Savino, and many other small towns that during the summer are filled with life with medieval historical demonstrations.

Interiors
The main house is set on two levels and mainly divided in two wings where on the first floor are not joinable.

Ground Floor
From the main entrance there are, the main kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, dining room with large table for 20 people, sitting area with large fireplace, and satellite TV and a bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there are also a double bedroom accessible to the disabled, a bathroom accessible to the disabled with washing machine and on the kitchen side, there are one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

First Floor
The first floor is divided in two wings. From one internal staircase you reach the first sleeping area where there is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, one twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second wing is accessible through an internal staircase and the sleeping area is made of two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower and two small living rooms equipped with one double sofa bed and two single sofa bed.

Dependance
The dependence, located close by the main house, has the possibility of be accessible by disable. It is composed by an entrance with corner kitchen, a double bedroom with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.

Outdoor

The villa is surrounded by a two-hectare garden with meadows, olive trees and a natural wood of ash, oaks and old cypresses. A large swimming pool completely fenced, completes this scenic part of the Chiana Valley.
