The swimming pool, which is SHARED with the guests, is fenced for safety. It measures 10x4 meters and has a fixed depth of 1.40 meters. The pool has a bean shape and is maintained using chlorine for purification. Access to the pool is provided through a staircase.

The rental price includes one initial set of bed linen and towels, initial cleaning, gas for cooking, hot water and electricity.
Utilities & Extra Charges:
Heating is not included in the rental price and will be charged based on consumption.
Tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the rental rate and must be paid on the spot in accordance with local regulations.
Security deposit, waste disposal & final inspection:
Upon departure, a final inspection of the property will be carried out to verify that no items are missing and that no abnormal wear and tear has occurred (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen). Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly in accordance with the recycling instructions provided upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to €200, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the outcome of the inspection.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-fired oven and barbecue, where present, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft, war für uns super gelegen und wir konnten viele tolle Ausflüge machen und dann die kühle Abendluft auf der Terrasse genießen. Die Auffahrt und die Parksituation ist tatsächlich etwas beschwerlich, aber mit ein wenig Übung hat man es dann raus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

We enjoyed the stay very much. The accommodation was in a great location for us and we were able to make many great excursions and then enjoy the cool evening air on the terrace. The driveway and parking situation is actually a bit difficult, but with a little practice you can figure it out. We would definitely visit again :)

We had a great stay in the apartment! It was big and the view was incredible. Great kitchen and cooking opportunities. It is necessary to have a car to reach this area. We would recommend to have a small car to reach the house, the road up is very narrow and steep (even with the Fiat500), but the host met us down in the village to help us find the way up to the house! Overall a great stay, really recommend to eat at the closest local pizzeria - incredible!

Wir waren im August 2024 eine Woche da. Ein toller Ort um etwas entspannen zu können, können wir immer wieder weiter empfehlen. Etwas Geschick mit dem Auto sollte man bei der letzten Zufahrt zur Unterkunft haben, sonst ist schnell ein Kratzer am Außenspiegel ????

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Unterkunft in der Toskana! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man merkt, dass viel Liebe zum Detail in die Einrichtung gesteckt wurde, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ideal, um die malerische Umgebung zu erkunden und die italienische Kultur zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die Liegen, die leider beschädigt waren und nicht in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden waren. Das hat jedoch nicht allzu sehr von dem wunderbaren Erlebnis abgelenkt. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Ottimo luogo per ritemprarsi nella natura. La posizione del Castagno è molto apprezzabile, perché fresca al piano terra, spaziosa e confortevole. Peccato per la strada molto impervia per arrivare.

Tolle gepflegte Unterkunft!! Den Pool hatten wir quasi für uns allein. Eine wärmere Bettdecke wäre im Juni 2024 wünschenswert gewesen. Immer wieder gern.
