Ground Floor
The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with sofa, leading through to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A few steps down, the glass-enclosed veranda offers a bright and relaxing space to unwind at any hour of the day, alongside a bathroom with shower and a generous laundry area.

First Floor
Up approximately ten steps, the first floor is entirely dedicated to sleeping. It features three bedrooms — two with double beds and one with a full-size French bed — all served by a shared bathroom with shower.

Second Floor
A further ten steps lead to the top floor, where the master bedroom enjoys a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.
