Spread over two floors with a total area of 800 sqm, the villa offers 6 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom accessible for disabled guests. Surrounded by a large enclosed park, Villa Minerva guarantees absolute privacy and tranquillity.
Villa Minerva, the result of the renovation of an ancient farmhouse, has retained its original features and is tastefully furnished with attention to detail to provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Interiors
The house is arranged over two floors.

Ground Floor
the entrance leads to a bright living room with large windows, sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a library. The dining room can accommodate up to 12 people and has direct access to the terrace. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower (accessible for disabled guests) and a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower.

First Floor
On the first floor, guests will find 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms with showers, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined on request) with a private bathroom with a shower.

Second Floor
A well-equipped gym available for guests' use.

Outdoor

The park features fields, olive groves, cypress trees, and vibrant flowers. In the panoramic garden in front of the villa, there is a stunning infinity pool with a rectangular shape and a circular whirlpool tub. Guests can also enjoy ping pong, a soccer field, a fishing pond, and a treehouse with a slide and swing for children. The property offers ample parking. At pool level, with external access, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, ironing board, and iron, as well as a well-equipped gym available for guests' use.
